All payments for licensing or resolution of unlicensed use are due in full within ten (10) calendar days of issuance unless otherwise stated.

• Payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in writing
• A license is not granted until full payment is received
• Nonpayment constitutes continued infringement and may result in legal action

DesignWorks Licensing LLC reserves the right to add late fees, seek statutory damages, and recover costs related to collection or enforcement in accordance with applicable law.
